PURPOSE: Dues Collection by July 1, 2021
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with information concerning your 2021 HOA dues.
The dues are
$900 per household.
The full amount is due no later than
July 1, 2021 . However, early payment is welcome.
Please put your RCMCA address on your check to make sure the payment is applied correctly. If you include your email address, I will email you to confirm receipt of your dues.
Please note that checks will be deposited toward the end of the month when all checks are in.
You can deliver your dues check either way:
- Drop off at 5611 Hogenhill Terrace.
- Mail to RCMCA Dues Collection

Rockville, MD 20853.
Dues received or postmarked after June 30, 2021 will be assessed an 8% late charge plus a $10 postage fee, bringing the amount due to $982.
